Tips for putting on an ear wing:
Slide the wire into your ear, so that the earring is facing down. Never try to stretch the wire from the actual earring.
Hold the top part of the earring right at your ear hole down, while using your other hand to slide the wing up your ear so that the wire sits flush with the back of your ear.  
Enjoy your earrings!
To take them off, simply pull the earring down and remove, again not stretching the wire.
