Timber Lake is a private community of 240 
residences located approximately two miles east of the intersection of Apalachee Parkway and Capital Circle Southeast. Our homeowners association is a non profit corporation dedicated to maintaining roads, street lights, the Commons and Pavilion areas.
Amenities include a large common area with a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a designated dog walking area along Timber Ridge Road inside a fenced area.
Homeowner dues are currently $99.75 per year and cover the expenses of maintenance. Payment is due January 1st of each year and there is a $5.00 per month late fee. The annual assessment for January 2013 will be $109.50.
Timber Lake is a family friendly community and evenings will find many of our neighbors walking.
Dues not paid by March 31, 2012 will be subject to a lien.
