Timber Lake is located 1 ¾ miles east of Capital Circle south of US Hwy 27E in Leon County near Tallahassee Florida. It is comprised of 244 lots that contain both multiple and single family homes.

Timber Lake is governed by a homeowner's association that
maintains the roads and commons areas and provides lighting for the subdivision's streets.
The officers for 2008-2009 are:
These officers are volunteers who have work, home, and social obligations.
However, they can be contacted at these numbers at any reasonable time

If you have trouble with trespassing animals, barking dogs, loud music at night,
or other disputes with your neighbors, you may want to call the civil authorities
or seek legal advice regarding litigation. These are not matters the board will address.
Homeowner's meetings are scheduled for the third Thursday of each month at 7:00PM.
Unless otherwise advertised, the meetings will be held in the Pavilion in the Commons Area.
Homeowner's dues are $75 per year and are due by January 31 of each year. There is a $5/month late fee after that. A lien could be placed against your property if the fee is not paid. To check the status of any property fees, contact the treasurer Pat Kelly.
