About Timber Lake

Timber Lake is a private community of 240 residences located approximately two miles east of the intersection of Apalachee Parkway and Capital Circle Southeast.  Our homeowners association is a non profit corporation dedicated to maintaining roads, street lights, the Commons and Pavilion areas.

Amenities include a large common area with a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a designated dog walking area along Timber Ridge Road inside a fenced area.

Effective January 1, 2019 the dues will be $137.50.  Payment is due January 1st of each year and there is a $5.00 per month late fee.

Timber Lake is a family friendly community and evenings will find many of our neighbors walking.

Dues not paid by January 31st will be subject to a lien. Dues remaining unpaid on March 15th will be referred to the Association's attorney which will result in an additional $150 in legal fees in addition to any late fees.
