Grant Update

Allen's Excavating began mobilizing for the start of the work on the Timber Lake construction project on Monday September 26th. They will using an entrance on Apalachee Parkway for most of their work.  The first week will largely be the installation of tree barricades, installation of erosion and sedimentation controls, construction entrance etc. Per the bid documents, the contractor has a few weeks to provide a construction schedule and once it is received, we can provide more details on the proposed progression of work. Based on discussions held at the preconstruction meeting, Allen's intends on constructing the pond on the "St. Joe" property first and make the connection between the new pond and your existing lake towards the end of the construction.

Please remember to keep clear of the construction area and equipment.  The Commons will be closed when the sod is removed until that part of the project is complete and the grass is replaced.
